Dr. Mohd Azrin Mohd Nasir is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Applied Psychology, Social Work and Policy, College of Arts and Sciences, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He earned a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from the State University of New York, University at Buffalo, USA and an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Western Michigan University, USA. In addition, he has a B.Ed in Guidance and Counselling with First Class Honours from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), a Diploma in Human Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education Learning and Teaching, Universiti Utara Malaysia. He is a Licensed Professional Counsellor in Malaysia.
