Ooi Sue Chern is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Accountancy, College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She received her PhD and Master in Accounting from University of Essex, UK. Prior to joining Universiti Utara Malaysia, she has gained vast industry experience. Sue Chern has taught various accounting courses at undergraduate levels. Her research interests focus primarily on social accounting, accountability and governance in charities and non-profit organisations. She is currently pursuing research in accounting education.
