OVERVIEW
Dr. Tan Fee Yean is an Associate Professor at School of Business Management, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She obtained her PhD in Human Resource Management from the same university. Her postdoctoral fellowship was completed at the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus. Her primary teaching and research interests are in organizational behavior and human resource management, with a focus on career planning and development, leadership, change management, employee engagement, and topics relating to employees' work attitudes and behaviors. She had received eight Best Paper Awards from international conferences and two Excellent in Reviewing Awards from international journals in recognition of her research contributions. She was recently recognized by Emerald Publishing as one of the Outstanding Reviewer in the 2021 and 2022 Emerald Literati Awards. Some of her research papers had been published in the International WoS and Scopus indexed and refereed journals. She also received research grants from RAGS and FRGS for research work in issues relating to employees' work engagement and their counterproductive work behaviors.
