OVERVIEW
Muhammad Hafiz Badarulzaman is a lecturer at School of Law, College of Law, Government and International Studies (COLGIS) and currently is the Manager of Debate, Advocacy and Oratory Unit under Student Excellence and Leadership Center, Student Affairs Department, Universiti Utara Malaysia. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B (Hons.)) in 2008 from Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyah of Laws, International Islamic University, Malaysia (IIUM); Bachelor of Shariah Laws (LL.B_S (Hons.)) in 2009 from Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyah of Laws, International Islamic University, Malaysia (IIUM); Master of Laws (LL.M) in 2010 from International Islamic University, Malaysia (IIUM)and currently he is pursuing his PhD in Law from Universiti Utara Malaysia. His area of specialization is Banking Law with sub specialization in Zakat Law, Shariah Law and Islamic Banking and Finance. His research areas are dominantly in social sciences but focusing more in law, Islamic principles, good governance and management.
