Dr. Kamal Ab. Hamid was awarded a PhD from Universiti Utara Malaysia and is now Senior Lecturer specializing in the area of Human Resources Management. An active researcher, Dr. Kamal area of research interests are Human Resource Management, Industrial Relation, Business Management, Social Development and Political Science. To date, he is involved in a number research projects he has successfully supervised a number of PhD, and Masters students in these areas. He actively involve consultations in Labor Law, Industrial Relation and Rehabilitations. He join in Special Interest Group (SIG) of Agribusiness School Of Technology and Logistic. He actively collaborate with the community in School Of Business Management. He has written as well as published articles in international and local refereed journals.
