Indraah A/P Kolandaisamy is a senior lecturer in School of Business Management, College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia. Indraah A/P Kolandaisamy holds a doctorate in Management from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2015. Her D.B.A work is on organizational citizenship behavior among public sector in Malaysia. She obtained her MSc (Management) and Bachelor in International Business Management (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia respectively in 2007 and 2005. She teaches Organizational Behavior, Principles of Management, Seminar in Management Thinking and special modules for student development group such as high touch communication, entrepreneur, thinking skill, patriotism and volunteerism, personal development and character building, and living in the multi-cultural society. To date, she has published in various refereed journals and conference proceedings. Currently, she is holding internal research grant as co-researcher and supervising doctoral, masters and undergraduate students in the related area. She also has special interest in the multidisciplinary work. Dr. Indraah A/P Kolandaisamy has sixteen years of experience in academia career.
