OVERVIEW
Nor Anita Abdullah is an Associate Professor of the School of Law, University Utara Malaysia (UUM). She is currently an Associate Fellow at Legal and Justice Research Center (LJRC) of Universiti Utara Malaysia. She graduated with Bachelor of Laws with Honours (2003) and Master of Comparative (MCL) (2004) at International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) and a Ph.D holder from Univeriti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2013. She started her career as academician in 2005 at private college and university before joining UUM in 2006 and had completed her pupillage in 2005 from Messr Wan Harun Hashim, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Her Ph.D thesis at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) on the title ‘The Threat of Bioterrorism Towards Public Health and Security in Malaysia: A Socio Legal Study’. Her area of expertise and interest of research and publication are public health and security laws, bioterrorism law, contract law and business law.
