OVERVIEW
Dr. Subramaniam Sri Ramalu, is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Leadership. Dr. Subramaniam worked for a several multinational companies prior to join Universiti Utara Malaysia. Dr Subramaniam is a Certified Professional Trainer and a Member of Malaysian Institute of Management. He is also a Certified Trainer of Human Resources Development Fund, an agency under Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. He has held various administrative positions at the University. His current position is Director of Postgraduate Studies Unit, College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia. In recognition of his leadership in academic, he has been admitted as Certified Executive Academy Teaching and Learning Professionals by The European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). He also attended Global Executive Workshop for Higher Education Management and Administration at Michigan State University, USA. Dr. Subramaniam’s research interest include leadership, organizational behaviour and human resource management. He has successfully supervised 19 doctoral students and more than 30 master students. To date, he has completed 16 research projects and published more than 60 articles in both local and international journals. Dr. Subramaniam is also serving as an editor board member in several international journals and frequently invited to review articles for reputable journals such as Journal of Global Mobility, International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management and Journal of Management & Organization.
