Nor Azlina Mohd Noor is an Associate Professor at the School of Law, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons.), Master of Comparative Laws and PhD in Law from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She also holds a Professional Diploma in Translation from Malaysian Translator Association-Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka. She is a Certified Professional Intellectual Property Manager from Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM-CPIPM) and an Accredited Mediator from The Accord Group , Sydney Australia. Her major area is law of succession and administration of deceased estates law. Her other research areas include (but not limited to) wealth planning & management, family law, trust law, Islamic family law, Islamic law of succession, information and technology law and intellectual property law.
