Prof. Dr. Rushami Zien Yusoff is currently the Deputy Vice Chancellor of College of Business and the Dean of the School of Business management. He obtained hi PhD from University of Bradford, UK.
He is active in teaching/training, consultancy and research in quality, technology, strategic, organisational behaviour and service marketing. Academically, he conducts courses for over 400 local and international organisations.
His consultancy work relates to ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification and the development of strategic Management Blueprint for more than 70 organizations in Malaysia.
He is currently the Vice-Chairman of ISO/TC 176/SC 2 – Quality Systems, a Standard Development body responsible for development, establishment, and enhancement of ISO 9001 for worldwide application.
