OVERVIEW
Dr. Nor Intan Saniah Sulaiman is a senior lecturer and researcher in knowledge sharing behaviour in human development at School of Quantitative Sciences, Universiti Utara Malaysia. She received her Ph.D in Business Information Technology from University of Salford in 2011. Her doctoral thesis work (The Critical Success Factors for Knowledge Sharing Behaviour among Malaysian Undergraduate Students ) with Dr Maria Edith Burke and Dr. Helen Richardson used Model of Information System Success for presenting her research findings on which factors cames as success factors in sharing the knowledge behaviour among university students in their campus life. She also holds a Master of Science (Information Technology-Management) with focused on Knowledge Audit Portal from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2003, and a Bachelor degree in Information Technology (Science and Management System) with honours, from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2001. Her research interests on knowledge sharing behaviour using web 2.0 technology such as blogs and social networking, can be supported with multi-criteria decision making techniques or in qualitative approach. She serves on several conference programme committees as a reviewer in the areas of knowledge management, knowledge sharing behaviour specifically in human development.
