OVERVIEW
Rosmaini Kashim began her professional career as a lecturer of Decision Sciences at the School of Quantitative Sciences, University Utara Malaysia(UUM) in 2002. She received her Master degree in Decision Science from the University Utara Malaysia in 2003. The principal areas of her research include Decision Modelling and Optimizations. She conducted several studies on the application of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) in measuring the relative efficiency of Decision Making Units, a comprehensive performance measurement model for higher learning institutions, , an output quality measurement for undergraduate program, the markov analysis method in decision making: the booking of air asia flight ticket and tracer study on graduates of bachelor decision science. She currently carrying out a joint PhD at University Utara Malaysia. Her researches are focused on performance measurement model for higher learning institutions.
