Hasnizam Shaari is a Senior Lecturer of Marketing at the School of Business Management (SBM), Universiti Utara Malaysia. He obtained his MSc (Marketing)from Universiti Putra Malaysia and Ph.D from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He joined Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2000. He is currently a Head of Department for Marketing Program. He has held numerous administration post at UUM such as Program Coordinator and Deputy Director for UUM Franchise Program. His research interest are on Internal Branding, New Product Management and Consumer Behavior. He has completed several research at University and National Grants. He has also presented his research papers at local and international conferences. Apart from the research and paper presentation, he has also published articles in refereed and Scopus indexed journal.
