OVERVIEW
He is a senior lecturer in the area of human resource management. He has been lecturing on several undergraduate and postgraduate courses, such as HRM, Staffing, Training and Development, and Compensation and Benefits Management. His PhD concentrated on examining employee retention and he has also involved in various research funded by university and ministry grant. Her research interests are in the areas of HRM, organizational behavior, and employee development. He has written books in the area of human resource management, as well as published articles in international and local refereed journals.
