OVERVIEW
I have a PhD in business information management from Universiti Sains Malaysia and Master degree in information technology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. My research interests are including inter-firm information exchange, information strategy planning, social impact of information technology, firm and customer informedness and value creation strategy. I am the author of published articles, book and book chapters. I also involve in research in the area of information technology.
