Graduated in 1994 with B.Comm (Hons), USM and MBA, UUM in the year of 2000. I consider myself as approachable and cooperative as I can work well with others at all level. As a communication people, I am a natural ‘salesperson’, which means I love the field of persuasion and work best in open and honest climate. And, as an educationalist, I am meticulous but yet open-minded and flexible, and I value integrity without compromise. I apply an interactive teaching style that will encourage students’ participation and enthusiasm while facilitating the learning process. I work best with those who have sense of respect to each other, positive attitude and ethics. In research area, I am interested and more focus on organizational communication research and business communication research leading to strategic communication management.
