OVERVIEW
Ahmad Shamsul Abd Aziz is an Associate Professor at the School of Law, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) and Master of Laws from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Ph.D in Law from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He also holds a Professional Diploma in Translation from Malaysian Translator Association-Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka. He is a certified Professional Intellectual Property Manager from Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM-CPIPM). His major area is intellectual property law. Other areas of his interest are cyber law/information technology law, media law and administration of estates law.
