OVERVIEW
I am an associate professor within the academic staff in the School of Quantitative Sciences (SQS) at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), CAS. Following five years of teaching at UUM, I pursued a PhD in Statistics and successfully completed it in March 2014. My research interests primarily revolve around Multivariate Statistical Analysis, particularly in Classification & Discriminant Methods & Modeling, Data Reduction, and Robust approaches. Additionally, I am a lifetime member of several academic bodies, including Institut Statistik Malaysia (ISMy), Persatuan Sains Matematik Malaysia (PERSAMA), Management Science/Operations Research Society of Malaysia (MSORSM), and Majlis Profesor Negara.
