Norhayati Yusof is a senior lecturer at School of Quantitative Sciences, Universiti Utara Malaysia. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Statistics (2000) from Universiti Putra Malaysia. She received her MSc. in Applied Statistics from the same university in 2002. As a statistician, her research interest relates (but not limited) to statistical modelling, probability distribution and experimental design. After brief stints as a lecturer at the Universiti Utara Malaysia, she pursued this interest by wrote her Phd (2016) on automatic model selection for multiple equations. At present, her research focuses on social media analytics.
