OVERVIEW
Marina Hj Hashim is currently a Senior Lecturer at the School of Law, Universiti Utara Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and Master of Comparative Laws from International Islamic University Malaysia. She received her PhD from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Her areas of interest are criminal law, HIV/AIDS and company law.
